Erica will oversee services for the 2,000 individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) that PathPoint supports across five counties: Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. She will lead the organization in maintaining high-quality, person-centered services that truly support people in living the life they choose. We’re thrilled to welcome Erica to PathPoint” said President/CEO Harry Bruell. “She brings a wealth of experience both as a provider and Regional Center employee as well as – most importantly – a lifelong passion for supporting individuals to live the person-centered lives of their choosing.” Erica shares, “Joining PathPoint feels like coming home. All of my experiences have led me here and back to my roots in a sense. It’s a dream come true for me and I’m excited to contribute to dreams coming true for both the people we support and all of us who make up PathPoint.”
Erica holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of California at Santa Barbara, a Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University.
