PathPoint Celebrates New Headquarters and New Mission Statement

PathPoint Celebrates New Headquarters and New Mission Statement

PATHPOINT CELEBRATES NEW HEADQUARTERS AND NEW MISSION STATEMENT

Santa Barbara, CA (February 2025) PathPoint hosted an Open House Event on Wednesday, February 19th to celebrate the launch of its new headquarters in downtown Santa Barbara. The new office space houses the agency’s corporate team, Santa Barbara Behavioral Health Services, and Counseling Center, all in one centralized facility. The organization’s South Santa Barbara Developmental Disability Services facility is located one block away from the new headquarters location. The Open House was well-attended by staff, the people the organization serves, and the community, with representatives present from the agency’s Board of Directors, funding partners, and philanthropic stakeholders. Featured speakers included Leonard and Bill, two individuals who benefit from PathPoint services.

In addition to the new office space, PathPoint recently welcomed a new organizational mission statement. The new statement comes after many months of discussion, deliberation, and collaborative feedback from diverse stakeholders including staff, people served, Board Members, and other community partners. The new statement reflects PathPoint’s commitment to offering high-quality, person-centered services that support community members from many different backgrounds to achieve their goals and be the best they can be. The new statement is:

PathPoint supports people to flourish. We partner with children, adults, and families to find hope and empowerment, build life skills, access systems of support, and develop meaningful relationships.

“We are absolutely thrilled for both of these exciting updates,” said Harry Bruell, President/CEO. “Having many of our Santa Barbara team members unified in one building has increased collaborations and the relationships that are so important to the work we do here at PathPoint. Additionally, we are excited by our new mission statement and are excited to align our work behind it!”
