PATHPOINT ANNOUNCES NAJ WRIGHT AS THE NEW
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Los Angeles, CA (February 2025) PathPoint announced Naj Wright as the agency’s new Chief Human Resources Officer. Naj will support the organization’s 450+ full-time and part-time employees operating across five counties: Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura. She will lead PathPoint in workforce development, operational excellence, and instilling an organizational culture that allows staff and the people we serve to flourish. Naj succeeds Mark Maynard, PathPoint’s Chief People Office, who is retiring after nearly six years of exceptional service.

With over 20 years of leadership and human resources expertise, Naj brings a strategic, results-driven approach to her work. She specializes in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive operational efficiency, foster a high-performance culture, and enhance talent retention. Her experience across diverse industries enables her to implement forward-thinking strategies that support PathPoint’s long-term growth, while ensuring a resilient and empowered workforce that advances the organization’s mission of supporting people to flourish.

“We are thrilled for Naj to join PathPoint’s management team,” said Harry Bruell, President/CEO. “Her many years of leadership and operational experience will enhance PathPoint’s goal of providing a compassionate and collaborative work environment for our amazing employees.”

Naj holds a bachelor’s degree from Howard University and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. In addition, she is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), the National Human Resources Association (NHRA).
