I came to PathPoint in 1992 and began working on my G.E.D. When the ACTT (Advanced Computer and Technology Training) program began in 1998, I became interested in computers and ACTT gave me the opportunity to learn different programs along with giving me access to adaptive equipment so that I could operate the computer without assistance. The program hired me to help teach others the programs that I’ve learned. Cathy, my student, just finished her first project on Publisher. She made a gift certificate for Valentine’s Day. I taught her to change color schemes, insert pictures, resize, and insert text boxes. We have much more to learn, but she and I are excited about this opportunity.
